Your Privacy Choices

Menace • OneClick Commerce LLC • Last Updated: August 11, 2026

You may exercise an available privacy right without creating a new account, paying a fee, or receiving discriminatory treatment.

Request Access, Correction, Deletion, or a Copy

Email hey@menaceaiapp.com and state which right you want to exercise. Include the email associated with your web account or the Menace Device ID shown in the mobile app's Settings. If neither is available, describe the platform and approximate dates of use.

Do not send passwords, government identification, full payment-card numbers, source photos, or generated media unless we specifically request information through a secure method. We may ask for limited additional details to verify that you control the relevant account or device data.

Opt Out of Sale, Sharing, or Targeted Advertising

Menace does not exchange personal information for money. Some current or legacy mobile app versions may use attribution technology for campaign measurement. Newer mobile versions may remove particular attribution software, but users may remain on older versions and providers may retain information under their own policies. Depending on the law that applies, sending mobile device/app identifiers and limited onboarding, generation, sharing, checkout, trial, subscription, or purchase event data for that purpose may be considered "sale," "sharing," or targeted advertising even though no money is exchanged for the information. The website does not use this attribution technology. To submit a legally applicable prospective opt-out, email hey@menaceaiapp.com with the relevant account email or Menace Device ID. We may ask which device or account the request covers, but we do not require identity verification beyond what applicable law permits for a prospective opt-out.

  • iOS: some current or legacy versions may use attribution technology. If an installed Menace version requests Apple tracking permission, you can manage that permission in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
  • Android: some current or legacy versions may use attribution technology or receive Google Play install referrer information through subscription-screen management software. Newer versions may remove particular attribution software. You may also reset or delete the device advertising ID and manage ad-privacy controls in Google settings. Platform controls may limit future collection but do not necessarily delete information already processed.
  • Web: Menace does not use this attribution technology, display third-party behavioral ads, or use website activity for cross-context behavioral advertising. Because there is no covered web advertising processing to disable, Menace does not represent that an automated account-level Global Privacy Control workflow is currently implemented. You may still email a legally applicable request.

Withdraw Consent or Object to Processing

To withdraw an optional consent, object to legitimate-interest processing, restrict processing, or appeal a denied privacy request, email hey@menaceaiapp.com. Withdrawal does not affect processing already completed lawfully and may make a requested feature unavailable.

Depending on your country or state, you may also request portability, complain to a regulator, or exercise another non-waivable local right. Available rights, exceptions, verification, and appeal procedures vary by location.

Authorized Agents and Parents

An authorized agent may submit a request for you, but we may require proof of authority and direct identity verification. A parent or legal guardian may submit a request concerning a child or minor by emailing hey@menaceaiapp.com. Do not email illegal child sexual-abuse material.

Timing and Appeals

We respond within the time required by applicable law. We may extend the response period when legally permitted and will explain why. If we deny a request, you may appeal by replying with "Privacy Appeal" and the reason you believe the decision should be reconsidered.

For account-specific deletion steps, see Delete Account. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
